Hello! I am Jason Jordy Aguilar and I am a photographer based in Sanford, North Carolina. I graduated from Methodist University with a degree in B.FA. in Graphic Design on May, 2020. Choosing a career in graphic design has allowed me to explore my artistic talents that go beyond essential graphic design skills; these include painting, printmaking, drawing, and photography.

 

     Photography has been one of my hobbies since the age of 13. I began to take this hobby a little bit more serious at the age of 17. Now 10 years later, I am more passionate about photography than ever. Over the years, I have learned that it is not how much I know about photographic techniques but how I am progressing as an artist and how I am developing my art in photography. By no means have I perfected my photography; it has taken trial and error and experimentation. However, as new ideas and inspirations emerge, I strive to become a better photographer every day.
